My mom brought her car here telling them something was rattling he jumped in PUSHED the gas pedal with his hand told her her heat shield was loose and he’d tighten it next oil change. No. Her exhaust needed to be replaced and the car broke down. That’s not all. Brings it in to tell them it needs brakes tells her no it doesn’t.
