The oil change here gives some of the best customer service in the Valley. Made an appointment online and they were punctual and organized.
I ordered tires through Walmart and they shipped the wrong size. When I went to the store to fix it, I was told it wasn’t Walmart’s fault because it came from a third-party vendor. They processed a refund, but only half of the money went through. Instead of helping, they told me to call an 800 number to fix it myself. I wasted over an hour of my time and left with no tires and only part of my refund. Very poor customer service and no accountability.
My husband bought a car battery two and a half years ago. With the battery we purchased the warranty. The person who scanned the battery scanned the wrong one. It had the wrong cereal number attached to our receipt. When my husband brought it back, they said that it wasn't the correct battery and he needed to purchase a battery wholesale and they said that the warranty was not connected to that battery.
