Bob seemed like a genuine nice guy which made the experience tolerable... That said, after arranging a 10am appointment during my work hours on a Monday, I took time off and drove 30 minutes to be right on time, just to be advised they didn't have the tires when I got there (no phone call to save me the trouble)...
