Got an oil change here. Took 5 hours (so far), $130 in tools, and 4 trips to stores to change the oil in my truck after that oil change. Not only did they lose a bolt to the skid plate..the truck went into the shop with 5; came back with 4. Workers also over torqued the bolts on the skid plate which made things unnecessarily much more difficult than it should be or has ever been. And they over torqued the oil filter. 5/15/26 - Just took advantage of GY Manahawkin's free break inspection as my rear brakes are original at 90K/9yr old CRV. Had a 9 am appt., and no sooner were they telling me they are good no need for brakes yet (still had 5mm) and will probably need in another 20K - mostly a highway driver. Nice, polite and efficient.
Story to be told! We are going on 20 years with this company. Trusting the Techs and Management to keep the vehicles in repair and safe for us to be on the road and that trust has never been broken! Story is my daughter needed a tire repair and went to a local well known tire service franchise, no names mentioned here. The manager told her that she needed 4 new tires and shocks .
