Would not recommend due to over phone service representative lack of understanding of new information/ state laws and procedures. His unwillingness to listen and research shows other issues with understanding of new data in different areas of service. Newer vehicles and technology updates that this service provides must stay up to date on may be neglected. This is a very important failure and factor of business especially in the automotive sector.
