Had an appointment for an alignment and drove here just to be told my truck is “too long” for the alignment racks. I drive a short bed f250, no lift, and 35inch tires. I spoke with the front desk the day before when I set up my appointment and gave her all of this information. I’m glad I was turned away because companies with lazy employees that will lie to their customers and waste their time shouldn’t be trusted to work on peoples cars.
Professional, friendly and they care about their customers. It's been my go to shop for many years and I have no intentions of changing.
