They lied and told me they replaced my bearings, when I drove off my car was making the same noise. They told me it's my tires lol . I then took my car to the dealership come to find out they never replaced my bearings but they charged me for them. I will never recommend them to anyone!
Took my car in and I was told it was going to be 2 days at most and it took 2 weeks. The reason for that? They did more work on my car that I wasn’t told about and the price I had to pay was more than double what I was told it was going to be. Absolutely tired of this place. I went there two times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. They will straight up lie to your face. They will lie about something as simple as top off service. I can’t imagine the full extent of what they will lie about. They will just send you on your way and could care less if your car should be on the road or not. Not just workers, management as well. It is a culture of lying. I can’t believe Goodyear is represented by these fools.
They really helped out, didn't know what was wrong with my car and thought I was going to spend a thousand on it. They fixed my car right up for a reasonable price. Efficient and knowledgeable folks and would definitely recommend stopping in. Thanks Jay!
