I brought my car in for BRAKE PADS & BRAKE FLUID FLUSH There was a screw in my tire I was aware of, that had been left for over a month, with no issues. They proceed to remove the screw from my tire, leave it to be actively leaking, then tell me that they can’t patch or plug it because they do not repair tires that they did not sell or install. My husband and I had bad experiences with this place. Related to my car: when I went to change the tires, they never gave back my Wheel Lock Key Locking Lug Nuts. My husband experience: they charged my husband for the filter when they change the oil. (When they were changing the oil, my husband said that he noticed that a mechanic was having a hard time to remove the old filter, so instead of being honest, they acted like they did change, charged for it but never did. Great service friendly staff. Offered suggestions but not pushy. Gave me better sark plugs than what I came in for at the same price. Awesome deal on new tires and oil change! My old car feels like new!
Terrible place to bring your car, in a tire rotation they broke my hubs and never took responsibility. If you love your car... be aware.
