Very very incapable of providing information if and when service is required. I purchased a flail mower and within 4-5 hours of use the bearings failed after they were greased according to instructions. Now I call them to get instructions how to replace the bearings and ask some other technical questions related to the new bearings but nobody there has any idea of what to do or have any knowledge of the new parts. GWT is the place to go for tractor implements. I recently (July 2026) bought a landscape rake and a rotary cutter. It appeared the manufacturer unintentionally left the gauge wheels off the pallet. I thought it was coming on a separate delivery because the original estimate was 4 weeks for delivery. I received it within 2 weeks. 1 week later I emailed GWT to confirm the gauge wheels would arrive by week 4. That’s when I learned it was missed. Bought the Fast Cat 1 with hangers, was tired of previous quick hitch with the need for bushings plus top hook issues, Every step seamless, arrived on-time and packed just like it was shipped. Was scratching head when I saw the "FRAGILE, Handle with Care" sticker. That may have got a chuckle but it shows GWT cares. The Fast Cat 1 and hangers fit perfect on my JD 1025R and all my 3-point implements. Was a pleasurable experience.
