Ordered their in house pallet fork and stump bucket combo that indicated in stock online. 2 ish business days later they told me the item was back ordered and would be hopefully in stock in a few weeks. I replied the next day that I wanted to cancel the order. Instead of canceling the order they stated they were now expecting the item by the end of the week. Great people to work with and answered all my questions. Purchased a mini stump bucket due to its great reviews and YouTube videos. Can't wait to try it out.
Poor customer service. Poor attitudes. For someone who prides himself in "hand shake deals" he is anything but. Most workers put people down and are egotistical. No problem solving skills whatsoever.
