I reached out to Good Works Tractors to ask about inventory and service options. After waiting for a response, I followed up to get clarification. While someone did reply, the information was minimal and didn’t answer all my questions, so I paused.
Great product, quick shipping! All around a great experience!
Other than offering a 5* appreciation (I’d give a 10 if I could), I want to “RAV” over the efforts from Ellie in the parts/service department. Her tenacity to investigate and get things right was beyond!!! Not sure how other tractor dealers compete (Let alone survive) with a competitor delivering this kind of experience. Ellie, you are the best of the best!!!

What a wonderful company to deal with! Made my first online purchase with them yesterday...a Fast Cat 1 quick hitch...and was totally impressed with how they do business. Online customer service for questions and shipping is literally the best that I've experienced in a very long time.
