I ordered a quick hitch for my machine two days ago. I received a phone call today to inform me my order has shipped. This is true customer service. I will be making more purchases for sure!!!
I reached out to Good Works Tractors to ask about inventory and service options. After waiting for a response, I followed up to get clarification. While someone did reply, the information was minimal and didn’t answer all my questions, so I paused.
Great product, quick shipping! All around a great experience!
Other than offering a 5* appreciation (I’d give a 10 if I could), I want to “RAV” over the efforts from Ellie in the parts/service department. Her tenacity to investigate and get things right was beyond!!! Not sure how other tractor dealers compete (Let alone survive) with a competitor delivering this kind of experience. Ellie, you are the best of the best!!!
