We've been taking our cars here for over 13 years now! I would not go anywhere else. The waiting room is so pretty and clean! The technicians get to know your car and your driving habits. The Service Writers explain everything in detail and tell you what you can put off and what you need to do, so I can plan for upcoming service. They welcome dogs and give out dog treats!! I would give this business a better star review because the work itself is good, but the price gouging is ABSOLUTELY *******RIDICULOUS!!!! They quoted me over $2000 for an A/C problem that I was able to fix myself (beginner car knowledge). Also, I purchased the lifetime battery warranty for an $20- so I wouldn't have to pay for a new battery every year- but charged $70 for installation! Dear ****, regarding the claim that we charged you $70 for changing out your battery, I must bring your invoice, #***** and explain the charge(s). The battery warranty cover the replacement battery, it does not cover the installation, ($26.89) which includes cleaning of the terminals, nor the cost of the warranty certificate replacement, ($20) which cover the newly installed battery for life (again).
