Great service! They knew what they were doing and accommodated my needs at a fair price!
Scammers! They’ll tell you a price but leave room for all kinds of overages. Don’t do business with these people. One contract price one day and another the next. They are dishonest as the day is long. You’ll get taken to the cleaners.
In early 2021, I had a pipe freeze and burst. GWB “fixed” the pipe but did so in a way that diminished its flow capacity by about 30%, a cheap fix. They wanted almost $400 for a botched repair on one pipe. Accordingly, I paid them 70%, offering the remaining 30% if they wanted to come fix it right. They didn’t, not did I ever commission them again. Incidentally this winter, I crawled under my home to find uninsulated water pipes.
