They sent a bike without a seat post and seat. Instead 2 sets of pedals and chargers were sent. Ever since I received the bike, the site is not active and no answers to any of my calls, emails or messages on messenger.

We were walking along the bike path in Lexington MA and stumbled on to this ebike store. We decided to have a look as we have been considering buying electric bikes. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in the shop. They told us that they had a perfect bike for us for $1,000. My research had pointed to a bike three times that cost and I asked about one of that cost. They replied that this one was just as good and a dramatically better value.
