Good Vibes is the best way to start your day and stay in shape! The 40 minute HIIT workout SPIN class is perfect for busy people who want to maximize their time at the gym. TeriAnn is an expert in her field is always mixing up the workouts to keep you burning calories all day. I love spinning to the music and the "theme" days. 10 out of 10 highly recommend to add to your work out routine!
