This review is long over due. In August of '24, while on a road trip from Oregon to Colorado, my Jeep experienced a catastrophic engine failure just outside of Laramie. As if this were not stressful enough, I was also traveling with my medically fragile sister whose situation was in rapid decline the minute the engine lost power. Excellent service - walked us through the charging process and we both learned more about the Sprinter van.
Tried to sell me a $600 valve cover gasket job before any diag, I needed a pcv valve. Came in for an alignment and ball joints, they said they couldn't get it to stay aligned, didn't mention my bent tie rod, and tried to charge me for rework after they messed up one of my axle seals. Don't even bother with is place, full of clowns
Usually my go-to shop, buuuuut Last time I was there, I was told that I would be given a ride to/from work on the day they were diagnosing my truck. Then after taking my truck and waiting the whole day, they told me they couldn't pick me up from work anymore—leaving me with very little time to find an alternative. It all ended up okay in the end, but I was very frustrated.
