Absolutely horrible experience. I had some work done on my vehicle recently which included getting my transmission shift cable replaced. Long story short, the shift cable was installed completely wrong, so much so that it made a noticeable noise when I started to drive it. When I went back and asked what the noise was, the answer I got was “it’s probably your wheel barring, nothing to worry about” when in fact it was the shift cable grinding against the drive shaft while I was driving, tearing up the newly installed shift ca... read more
Had a breakdown going from Oregon to Illinois. Had us up and running the next day by three o'clock. And it was dropped overnight. Excellent!!!!!
We were traveling through the area our truck pulling a camper when the engine light came on. We stopped by, they read the codes and checked fluid levels and all were good, they put us at ease that it was probably an intermittent issue. They did not even charge us!

I was 700 miles from home with a wheel bearing going out on my pickup. They were willing to squeeze us in and miraculously got us back on the road in less than 3 hours. Ali and Piper were most gracious and helpful answering questions and accommodating my family. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!!
