Got me diagnosed, in and out in an incredibly timely manner
I get quality work done on my aging pickup at a fair price. They let me know what work needs to be prioritized and what can wait, which helps me with budgeting. There are two things that I see that, in my opinion, would make Good Vibes even better. The first would be to offer a shuttle to and from Laramie. Although they have loaner vehicles, that isn't always practical. I try to plan my maintenance and repairs around my breaks to have GV do the work, but that’s not always possible. Ally, Jacob, and the whole team were absolutely perfect! We were traveling cross-country and had alternator and starter issues with our RV. They got us in, diagnosed the problem, and got us back on the road…same day! They even helped entertain our dogs. The Good Vibes team are the best! Wish we lived near Laramie, Wyoming, we would be regulars!
