Great, warm, friendly gym where you get your monies worth! The coaches are helpful and get everyone involved. I wish I could have stayed on, but due to my work roster I had to leave. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering boxing.
I've spent about a year at Good Vibes and I can 100% recommend. Especially as a beginner it has been the perfect combination of learning technique and general fitness. Super welcoming staff too.
