Got my annual pedal bike maintenance here. Marcelo runs the joint and was nice to work with. He assessed my bike and took it that day, promising he won't replace parts without calling me first to confirm.He called me the next day and explained the issues he found with my bike and suggested I purchase a higher tier maintenance package, which I respectfully declined, and he never came off as pushy. DO NOT LET THEM ship your bike, unless you’d like damage. Worst bike shop ever. Definitely certain my dog would put more thought into packaging my very expensive bike. Starting with not putting a large frame into a medium-sized box. Seriously, they must erase reviews. How can this place be so highly rated?
I recently brought in my Urtopia Carbon 1S ebike after having ridden it nearly 3200 miles. I opted for the elite overhaul, new brakes and new tires. Good Vibes and particularly Marcelo were great. The service was first rate and they made my e-bike look and more importantly, ride like new. Very happy with Good Vibes. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any service or product related to biking.
The customer service in this store is top-notch. I recently purchased a bike from Marcelo, and he was very kind and professional. This will now be my one-stop shop for all my bike needs. Keep it up Team!!!
