I brought it in for a broken spoke and decided to get the full tune up at that time, since my Aventon Abound was just about to hit a year old and a thousand miles. I also brought in new tires and a cassette to install, Marcello said that would be no problem, went over all the service with me and gave me a price of $260. Got my annual pedal bike maintenance here. Marcelo runs the joint and was nice to work with. He assessed my bike and took it that day, promising he won't replace parts without calling me first to confirm.He called me the next day and explained the issues he found with my bike and suggested I purchase a higher tier maintenance package, which I respectfully declined, and he never came off as pushy.
