This store is amazing, the customer service is exceptional. Top of their game, best store of Maryland for sure. Highly advice to come here. Prices are fair ! And everything done is quality work ! Marcelo assisted me with my bike and was very honest and helpful. Their customer service is amazing.
Very responsive via text. They fixed my Ride Panda electric bike (I haven’t tested it yet because of the weather). It was also convenient that they driver as well since there are very few rides that can carry those bikes. They also have a Rockville location as well. I wasn’t aware.

Really loved the energy of the young man that helped me. Even when there was a mix up his kindness and laid back energy made me want to do whatever was needed to fix the problem. He definitely was great and easy to work with. I love the vibes. I am grateful for my beautiful vibe put together there. 5 stars.
