I started out with very limited knowledge and Marcelo took the time to teach me about e-bikes and to learn about my habits and needs so that he could make good recommendations. I had such a great experience at Good Vibes Bike! They have a huge selection of bikes to choose from, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, so it’s easy to find exactly what you need. The customer service really stood out! Marcelo the manager is very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help without any pressure. You can tell he really cares about his customers and loves what he does. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a bike!
Went for a ride today down beach, got a flat back tire, called Marcelo at Good Vibes to see if he could do an emergency repair. He picked me and my fiancé up in his truck because we were so close by, drove us to his shop, and repaired it on the spot. Within 30 mins of getting that flat, I had a brand new tire — for a very reasonable price — all thanks to the amazing customer service from Marcelo! Good Vibes in Silver Spring. I can’t help but be impressed by Marcel, this young man. He’s incredibly thoughtful, professional, and goes to great lengths to ensure everything is perfect. He’s also extremely personable and always puts in the effort to do his best work. I will become a long-standing client with him.
Went to the shop for new e bike options, Marcelo showed me some options and what a guy… he knows everything about his bikes, I didn’t buy the bike as its really cold, but I’m definitely coming back! And quick recommendation ask for Marcelo!
