If you need e-bike repairs, this is absolutely the place to go. They are honest, transparent, and—most importantly—put the customer first. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a fantastic experience. I truly appreciate how they handled everything and how incredibly patient they were with me. I wasn’t the easiest customer, but they still made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. Thank you for taking such great care of my bike—you all did an amazing job!
