Id like to give 10 star review for good value tyres. Before this shop i went to 3 other shops, they were trying to robb me, for 2 flat tyres they didnt even checked the tyres and told me to get new tyres worth 250$ appx. And guy at good value tyres fixed tyres with in 15 minz charged minimum price. Best tyre shop in west auckland....

Not a quality customer service I got. I made the payment via credit card and there was no pop up of surcharge, no signs there and nothing was communicated either before making the payment. Once the payment was done then he told me that I have to pay surcharge as I made the payment via credit card. I told him that it’s your responsibility to let your customers know about surcharge.
