Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff member seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of inspecting the tyre and finding the problem himself, he kept asking me where the leak was coming from—whether it was the valve or the tyre. I told him that’s exactly what I’m paying a tyre shop to diagnose. I came yesterday and was told they were closing, which I understood. Disappointing experience – 1 star I had a puncture repaired here. Unfortunately, they did not perform wheel balancing after the repair, which left the car feeling very bumpy and unsafe at highway speeds (noticeable vibration above 80–100 km/h). The wheel nuts also weren't torqued to the correct specification, which is concerning for safety. The repair itself took only about 10 minutes, but skipping these essential steps made the service feel incomplete and overpriced.
