Disappointing experience – 1 star I had a puncture repaired here. Unfortunately, they did not perform wheel balancing after the repair, which left the car feeling very bumpy and unsafe at highway speeds (noticeable vibration above 80–100 km/h). The wheel nuts also weren't torqued to the correct specification, which is concerning for safety. The repair itself took only about 10 minutes, but skipping these essential steps made the service feel incomplete and overpriced. My partner and I came in yesterday after noticing one of our wheels felt loose while driving on the motorway. This was right after picking the car up from the mechanic. We exited at Mount Roskill as it did not feel safe to continue driving and this was the closest place we could get to. The staff member who came out asked if we needed all new wheels, which we explained we did not as they had just been replaced.
