Customer service is absolutely terrible. I shouldn't receive such an attitude when I call to inquire about my medication JULIE. If you hate your job. Just say that and quit. I'll be switching pharmacies next month so I don't have to deal with you ever again. This isn't the first time Julie has cut me off, spoke rudely and was passive aggressive towards me
Moved my scripts here from Walgreens. Much faster service and very kind employees.
Honestly, this place sucks. They carry the worst manufacturers for generic meds and refuse to get the ones that you and your doctor request because it's "not going to make them money". Ridiculous. If I wasn't disabled and could pick up my own meds, I definitely would NOT be using this pharmacy. They always take the cheap route. The only pharmacy that's worse is Genoa. They do have a few decent workers, but Donna has NEVER been nice to me. She's always very rude and dismissive. Shouldn't work with people with that kind of att... read more
