Place has decent appliances for the most competitive price. If there is an issue with the appliance it’s hard to get a hold of their warranty team, but other than that good store. Also Chris, the customer service rep, displayed professionalism and had knowledge of the products.
Just got off the phone with Inam Haq and he kept raising his voice at me and it was difficult to address issues related to their appliances and lack of concern as it relates to gas leaks and gas stove installs. He blamed my plumber for dangerous leaks on their appliances and critiqued my decision-making instead of being accountable. Good Appliances sold me a gas stove that leaked and was installed improperly in Nov. 2022--there were 2 gas leaks as a result of their negligence that took us many months to identify in our build... read more
