Mauvaise expérience .
I am sick and not feeling well and had a whale watching scheduled this weekend. They will NOT refund your money! BUYER BEWARE! They are also ridiculous with the lunch choice and expect you on the same day to state your food preference. Very shoddy customer service and absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone! I also plan to submit a complaint on BBB. I have shelled out $179 for nothing! Not even a PARTIAL REFUND! AVOID!!!! :(
I’m probably one of the younger travelers that occasionally join but have told my other friends about Good Times. They are such a well-oiled machine. Their curated trips are so wonderful. It’s lovely to be able to board a coach and get to a destination not worry about parking, tickets, etc. You can talk or not talk to other people. play a great trip and great tour directors
Recently completed bus to Yosemite taking several hours. Driver did well on steep, winding, narrow roads. Park guide was knowledgeable & fun, as were sights. Resort hotel well exceeded my expectations. However, long bus rides to/from were irritating w very loud, constant, long, boring, unwanted dvds.
