Seth and Garret did an amazing job here for us. They were quick and efficient to set everything up and pulling the necessary things out. I was actually surprised how fast they finished it. Their general manager Ruben is awesome. He guided me on how to file a claim to insurance and gave me a game plan on how to get the work done the best way. I called Goodtime Plumbing Restoration about a leak I had. The very next day, they had found the problem and repaired the leak. They then walked me through the process of getting the damaged repaired working with the insurance company, informing me of every step of the way. Cody did a great job in finding and fixing the problem, Seth, Garrett, and Michael Did a great job on the demolition drying out the wet areas and making sure that there would not be a mold problem. Today I walked into my laundry room to find the sink left on, overflowing, flooding the room. I acted quickly and called Good Times Restoration right after shutting off the water. Within 60 minutes they had a technician at my home! Super grateful for the amazing response time and customer service my family was shown. Hopefully we don’t flood the house again, but if we do I know who to call.
