This company has turned into a joke. If you have an issue, and you reach out, they clearly could care less, so I guess I will stop eating there all together. I reached out to let them know about something that was totally bizarre that happened at their Firestone location, they didn't address the issue at all. So I guess they are fine with having trashy employees who behave like they are a bunch of 5th graders screwing around, yelling and carrying on instead of doing their job. This is for the Firestone location. As we drove up to the speaker, we heard yelling through it. Then the recording came on, my husband waited a minute, and then gave our order. The person on the other end clearly had better things to be doing than their job. We got to the window, a lady walked up to the window, (we assumed she was going to greet us and take our money like they always do) but instead she walked away. We sat there for a long while. I ordered through uber eats and wen I got the food the buns were hard and the fries were burnt. I called them and they told me to go through uber eats. The worst I have ever had from them.
