Had a business interaction with Lori the person I believe in charge of handling customer service issues. She promised to take care of me regarding a whopping $20 gift card that didn’t work. I live out of town and forgot that I had it and no longer worked. Ghosted, she lied to me. As others have said this, Company is a joke. Hopefully, I’ll hear back from somebody if I don’t, I’ll give the company a call or write him a letter. Ugh !!!!
They keep deleting rewards off my account that haven't even expired yet. Place is a joke.
This company has turned into a joke. If you have an issue, and you reach out, they clearly could care less, so I guess I will stop eating there all together. I reached out to let them know about something that was totally bizarre that happened at their Firestone location, they didn't address the issue at all. So I guess they are fine with having trashy employees who behave like they are a bunch of 5th graders screwing around, yelling and carrying on instead of doing their job. This is for the Firestone location. As we drove up to the speaker, we heard yelling through it. Then the recording came on, my husband waited a minute, and then gave our order. The person on the other end clearly had better things to be doing than their job. We got to the window, a lady walked up to the window, (we assumed she was going to greet us and take our money like they always do) but instead she walked away. We sat there for a long while.
