It’s honestly bizarre how poorly the lady spoke to people. I thought I should leave my shoes outside the jumper area, but she reminded me to keep them on in a very rude way—like she was talking to a child. We really should avoid hiring people who are racist or lack basic customer service skills.
We have an annual membership for our kiddo and it's totally worth it. This place is generally clean and has quite a bit for kids to do. My kid loves that there is a little book area too, in addition to the playground and sports equipment. The snack area is super handy when when my child is peckish, and I appreciate access to the cleaning aupplies to ensure easy clean-up. The party room is easy to book and is a fun space for parties.
