On January 2,2025 brought my vehicle in for oil change service. Upon completion I checked my vehicle before paying, while checking I notice that they never changed my oil filter SMH I asked why my oil filter wasn't change there reason oil filter to tight mechanic couldn't take off. But brought my vehicle like they were done and wanted me to pay for full oil change. I told them no I'm not paying. Terrible customer service. Asked lady on Xmas Eve if they hand bond glue to hold antenna cover ontop of roof . Said they didn't have adhesives. What auto shop don't have adhesives.... Anyway went to auto zone rep not only sold me correct bonding glue but put it on as well. With that being said... Lost what future business with me .
