Good food, bad attitudes
Salty burger
This has a dinner feel to it and the food and desserts are good my only gripe is not enough vegetarian options. Why not add an impossible or beyond option or even plant based chicken fingers or cauliflower wings like Dave's hot chicken
Very disappointing experience at Good Times. We ordered an Irish Cream ice cream, but the employee gave us vanilla instead. When we politely told him about the mistake, he responded rudely and insisted that we hadn’t ordered Irish Cream. He then snatched the ice cream from our hands and threw it away in frustration. When he finally gave us the correct flavor, he continued to be rude and unprofessional. This behavior was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. They definitely need to improve their customer service.
