I have been to Good Times a fair amount in the past year or so and am typically very happy with my experience. However, I went about two weeks ago desperately craving some cheese curds only to discover that they had been discontinued and in their place were the jalapeño cheese poppers. This was soul crushing! Some of the best good times I've gotten here the crew is really good also create movement that are goodtimes
We have been getting the same order here for sometime. A chicken burger and a no mayo veggie burger onion rings and fries (wild) The last few times we have had the order inedible saturated with mayo and cold even the onion rings and fries. Because we eat late we are unable to get the meals corrected. Both my wife and I have experienced rude employees difficult and unwilling to even discuss the issues. Fried ice cream was so good! They gave my dog a paw bender because he was having an anxiety attack in the car (he doesn't like car rides as much) that was so very kind of them. Thankn you for going above and beyond. That meant the world to us. will be back. 20/10
