My partner and I attended the 5 week hypnobirthing course here and it was absolutely fantastic. It covers everything I could've asked for from the planning stages in the run up to having your baby, how to prepare and best experience labour, through to how to care for your baby once they're here with information on baby care and feeding options. We attended a 5-Week antenatal and hypnobirthing course at Nest in Glasgow. Aurelija is extremely knowledgeable about all of the content areas, wonderfully supportive, passionate and approachable. Her teaching style is really effective with plenty of practical and hands on learning. The additional online content and the option to revisit things we have learnt is also extremely helpful. We both feel much more prepared for the next chapter or becoming parents!
My husband and I attended Aurelija`s workshops ahead of the birth of our first baby- the workshops were thoughtfully planned, engaging for both new parents and incredibly sensitive to the fears and anxieties that come with new parenthood. I'd highly recommend Aurelija's Hypnobirthing Course. The course was detailed without being overwhelming and included everything we were expecting and more, especially when considering the early newborn period. Aurelija has a lovely teaching style which is informative, non-judgmental and positive.
