Have been getting my trophies and trophy plates here for years. Always quality and great service.
Since new ownership took over, I have been disappointed each time I go to the store. Consistently there is no inventory or samples to try on. Customers are told to order clothing online. The turnaround time is way to long (4 weeks). The last order I placed, was for my child's sports team at the beginning of the sport season; I later received an email informing me that the item I wanted was out of stock and they wouldn't receive anymore.
Gord and team were AMAZING! Literally made an impossible dream come true. The service, the quality and the timing was next level!
