I had a sleep study done last night at this place. Everything went very well. The staff there are very friendly and professional, and they explain everything very well. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean.
Did not return phone messages. Set up phone consultation appointment and never called. Haven’t been to their clinic yet but already doubting their competency. Disappointing interactions or lack of so far.
We were referred to the clinic for a paediatric sleep study for our youngest. I couldn’t believe how quickly we were able to get in, and the clinic did an amazing job of sending detailed instructions for the overnight, as well as making sure our little one was comfortable with the process when we went in. Our follow-up appointments both with the doctor to review the study results, the office manager for a CPAP fitting, and the administration manager to help with insurance processing was seamless.
