I have had 2 sleep studies done at this facility and both times have been a very positive experience. I had the same lovely technician both times, she was kind and very patient with me and she made sure I was informed of all things going on. She truly is a gem as well as the other female technician, who, when found out I had a long wait for my bus, made me a coffee. I highly recommend this clinic. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the washrooms are very clean.
Just so you know what you're getting into with a sleep study... TLDR: + The rooms are very clean and new and the staff was organized and kind 💜 - Everything else besides the lovely staff was absolute sensory hell, so do yourself a favor and ACCEPT THE ZOPICLONE, for I did not, and I guarantee they didn't get a better sleep reading from my awful night of trying to "keep it as normal as possible." I had a sleep study done last night at this place. Everything went very well. The staff there are very friendly and professional, and they explain everything very well. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean.
Did not return phone messages. Set up phone consultation appointment and never called. Haven’t been to their clinic yet but already doubting their competency. Disappointing interactions or lack of so far.
