I have never been disappointed with the service provided or shocked by an outrageous bill. I am the mother of two fur babies that are seen by Good Shepherd for all of their medical needs. Whenever it’s appointment time all that I have to say is “ Want to go see Dr I?” and they run for the car, that was not the case with other Drs of the past , they would actually run and hide before. Love Love Love the Good Shepherd staff!

Received a free visit voucher from community days, that was the first red flag, took my cat there for a urinary problem. Spent thousands of dollars on tests and medicines. I was fooled by his caring act. When it came to making an appointment for surgery for my cat to remove a stone, that's when it all went to crap. Communication from him and his staff was poor, he performed a surgery that caused a leak in my cats abdomen, potentially leaving her to die.
