This facility is beyond reproach. My healthy, active, 2 year old German Shepherd went in for a “routine” spay. She did not survive. The surgeon was Laura Slack who failed to put one suture in the uterine stump. Subsequently, she bled to death. They did not do one single postoperative check. She was dead at least 4 hours prior to her pick up time. They did everything in their power to lie and even encouraged me not to have a necropsy done. This place is below zero rating! Uncaring staff including so called ripoff artist Dr You never want to take your pet here!
Had the opportunity to stop in at the clinic this past Tuesday, The facility looked fresh, clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was looking for and purchased some health items for my dog Shayna. Everyone was accommodating and I quickly found what I needed. I have met the veterinarian in the past, and am waiting for my contract with another facility to expire so I can transfer the care of my cherished poodle into his capable and caring hands.
Excellent and caring staff
Sarah Stephenson, owner of Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital is one of the best vets in the valley. I have used her services for 25 years and still do. She loves animals and even has rescues at her home being taken care of. I highly recommend her and her staff.
