Excellent rehab facilities staffed by first rate, caring professionals.
The front desk staff was awful to my partner. He survived a horric motorcycle accident. He has a TBI and can barely walk. He had a fall the morning of the appointment and suffered a concussion. He called explaining what happened and the front desk staff all laughed and made fun of him. I do not think they realized they forgot to mute themselves after putting him on speakerphone. My orthopedic doctor recommended pool therapy. What an excellent idea! After several months, I can say that the pain in my knees has decreased and I am now stronger, more flexible, and more positive. This is effective! Despite this, the service is outstanding! 5 stars! My health is improving, and I'm feeling better, so I'll keep going with them. I would like to express my thanks to the exceptional therapists Heather, Tammy, and Deanne. Wow! You are amazing!
