Wow, the receptionist was god awful. The connection was breaking up, I asked her to repeat a phone number two times and she hung up angrily. The total call time was only maybe 30 seconds, who the hell loses their patience that fast? That is absolutely unacceptable. I am stunned. I've been a medical receptionist myself, and I've never treated someone that way. I seriously never complain about service workers it's an annoying job, but honestly whoever that was should not be talking to customers. Jeez.
