Very, very disappointed with the lady that my husband and I talked to. While my husband is getting if the phone I was talking tonmy husband. Apparently the lady thought I was talking about her and called back and told us that they are going to Dismiss my daughters pt referral cause we are being rude. My husband was trying to get to listen and she would not for the life of us would she not listen. We would not know that more information was needed so our daughter could do her PT if I did not have my husband call..
