The ambulance was great. The ER was a try of ones parience, but the ICU is not included in my star giving ,they need a revirw all their own. This review is only for the ambulace ride i repeat only the ambulance ride. The rest was so bad i will be making a. Official complaint. This is in no way a good review of the medical center or i icu unit i want to be clear on that.

Brought my child in to be seen. We waited 4+ hours and every person that came in after was put into a room. As we got here there was an unconscious individual being carried in and I informed the receptionist desk. The staff just stayed there until someone laid that individual on their floor mat in the waiting room.Terrible response time.

Second experience was he was brought by ambulance for suspected stroke. They did labs and again zero imaging of his brain to rule out a stroke. He had left sided numbness and facial drooping. ... read more
