I scheduled to establish care at this clinic. The first available appointment was three weeks out (totally reasonable) so I scheduled the first available appointment. Forty five minutes before the appointment that I scheduled to be off work for the clinic called and canceled the appointment. Life happens, so I took the next available appointment to be rescheduled two weeks later. Of which I also scheduled to be available from work for. 45 minutes sitting in the room waiting for a doctor.... My niece's appointment was at 115 and here it is 2pm, we show up 15 minutes early so we can make sure that we don't miss her appointment....
