I'm giving 4-star because the billing department and the Adm are disrespectful, disorganize, lack of sympathies. They change their computer systems(which probably, they knew it was going to be done for quite sometimes) and less than 24 hours they told me that the system won't accept my referral due to the new system, and I had to get a new one for the doctor, leave me no time to arrange it in time to make my appointment within few hours.
