They carry a large selection of bulk foods such as dried beans, grains, pastas, etc. They have a huge selection of vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements. They carry alternative medicine info and have a nice helpful staff of employees. They also carry supplies to make your own homemade wines.
Health food shops are rare, now, and therefore a valuable find. This one may be touted as a 'vitamin' shop, but it offers much more than simply vitamins. It has raw materials for brewing, a great selection of teas, kitchen supplies, eco-cleaning products and supplies, organics, snack foods, energy bars, staple foods, and more.
