Just dropped off a patient I drove all the way from Lexington & the staff was absolutely horrible to me. Out of the 5 employees, ONE guy was nice & helpful. All of the women on duty tonight should be fired. The patient was elderly & in a wheelchair. They didn't lift a finger to help us. I will be calling administration tomorrow
Good Shepherd is the best place in pike county for your love ones and to work . My grand parents were here years ago. I am so grateful , for the care that was given to them . Thank you and God bless everyone. ❤️
Everyone at the facility makes you feel welcomed. Nurses and cnas are well prepared and offer great care.
