They treated me good, cleaned me up, was quick, and stitched me up good. Was happy with visit. I hit serrated metal. Got a tech shot too.
there was only a couple of cars there got checked in was there for about 2 hours finally went back to get my heart and stuff done then boom back in the waiting room and then I seen about 2 people get discharged and I asked how much longer she said about another 2hrs so I told them I'm leaving. while I walked out the freaking parking lot was full. I sat there with POISON IVY SPREADING FAST. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK HORRIBLE SERVICE!
The worst hospital I have ever been to
If I could I would give them a -5 star every time I go no one is there in the front EVER!!! My daughter was super sick and no one help us on Thursday so I decided to go to Longview Good shepherd ER. They got to my daughter quickly I'm sorry but this ER needs to be shut down or something it's a big joke! Kilgore did pretty okay with no ER for a while until they came back.
I just brought my mom to the ER. It isn’t busy. The so called professional (first point of contact) was so rude and abrasive to my poor mother who is in severe pain. Unfortunately due to Medicare, this is a facility we are forced to bring Mom to. Apparently a pre-requisite to work at GSMC is to be rude, hateful, and lack empathy. I am furious my 70 year old mother has to be subjected to this type of inhumane treatment. The time is 3:45 on Thursday, July 19th. I brought my son in Saturday morning cause he was running a fever of 103,but the female doctor on duty dr.megan was rude and had terrible beside manners, because my son was disabled,she wanted to send him home, saying it only a virus and dr.megan didn't want to run x-rays or anything,but I told her that I'm not going anywhere until you put IV in my son Jay Collins,but she tried to get rude, saying that she could've told me to leave,but I told her don't do it,I had witness in room with me and Jay even the nurses knew she was ... read more
