The most helpful and dedicated staff and vet I've encountered. They really care. You're nor your pet are treated like a number. There are real conversations with and sound guidance provided.
I was very impressed with the great customer service I received at Good Shepherd's for my cat Daisy. Dr Lori took the time to answer all my questions and her techs were so good with Daisy, gentle and very kind. I will return and also recommend the clinic to my friends and anyone looking for a kind, knowledgeable and caring Vet. I chose her because she has three cats of her own, and thinking she was familiar with cat temperament.
Our vet is phenomenal. She’s very knowledgeable, caring, and gives us advice as if our fur baby was her own pet.
