Always under counting the containers No matter which staff member it is they always have counted a figure 20-30 containers less than I have brought in. You should need to argue with them about it so I won’t support them anymore. Have started using containers for change in Winton Rd Joondalup instead.
Not the best experience long time waiting to be served I can deal with but getting the count seriously wrong I can’t - I normally bag my cans into 25 to make it easier and bottles are separated and again put in 25. After explaining that to a rude young lady who just tipped them all into the tray and counted them (which I don’t mind) she came back and told me the count which was 37 short of the amount of brought in. It’s not about the money but if I bring in 6 bags of 25 that’s 150 to be told it’s 113 is annoying as I in fact... read more

Have been going to this depot for about a year now. This morning I went as they opened and gave 2 bags filled with cans to the lady working. She made me sign off on the sheet saying she counted 142 cans. When she came back with the money she said bluntly “it’s actually 91 cans, I’m bad at math”. When queried she couldn’t tell me why there was such a large discrepancy between the two numbers, especially when I usually bring the two bags and the number is closer to the 150 mark than 90.
