My family and I just stopped by as we are out of town and thought our uncle was at Good Samaritan. Denise was there and was beyond kind in helping us with information. We saw the facility and it was beautiful as well— live music and kind residents. Employees like this make a difference in residents lives and you can tell she cares about the residents and families!

Biggest standout: all the staff were professional, helpful and friendly, from the aides to the therapists to the nurse practioner. The facility is clean and well kept. Our private transitional care room was large, had ample storage for clothes, had a large private bathroom, mechanically adjustable bed, and TV. The facility has a salon and chapel. Mom got a great haircut while there! If we had to use transitional care again, we would definitely come back!

Good experience to gain, but overall overwhelming. I worked in the post acute rehabilitation department. I was the only CNA who helped the residents. There were some good nurses who helped out, but most of them sat on their phones and didn’t ever help me pass room trays out or help transfer clients. The main issue I had with this association was that I got my CNA in October and they didn’t give me the raise I was supposed to get until over a month later.
