I had an interview with this facility a couple of weeks ago, and overall, the conversation went very well. I have a strong track record, including perfect attendance at my previous jobs. However, during the interview, the schedule coordinator—who mentioned she was from Moldova—repeatedly asked if I had children and whether I would miss work if my kids got sick. Total agreement with Anonymous! We also witnessed what Mr. Hilmer referenced when we visited a relative. I have nothing positive to say about this facility and would not let another loved one spend time there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My family member stayed in the rehab unit, and the experience was horrific. As a healthcare professional myself, I was stunned by the lack of basic clinical competence. The nurses consistently appeared disengaged and unprepared, showing no urgency or willingness to support their already overwhelmed aides.
