Filthy establishment. This is NOT a place for your loved ones. This is the most disgusting dilapidated elderly care home I have ever encountered in my life. This place needs reported and bulldozed down. This is an embarrassment to our community.
My mother (who is a resident here) keeps me updated on what’s going on. When the state surveyors are here everyone is on their best behavior. The rest of the time it is complete hell. Most residents are afraid of “retaliation” so they say as little as possible. Those who speak out are labeled as troublemakers and punished. The resident’s wheelchairs are caked with rotting food, hair is oily with scabby, often bleeding scalp underneath, fingernails are just nasty!
