Our families experience with Good Sam home care has been horrible. They always have staffing problems especially on Sundays. When the reports are sent in to the health coordinator there is no reason given on why there is no care on Sundays. Crystal is I think the home care supervisor (she has never mentioned what her position is.) We have maybe spoken 2-3xs and she is extremely vulgar and unprofessional. These folks are real angels. They took excellent care of my husband after his stroke. He has made an amazing recovery and I attribute it to the kind, caring and professional staff.
VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Had a lot of problems, very rude, and one of the nurses didn’t know what she was doing and my grand father develop bacteria in the blood and urine due to his folly being placed incorrectly! Very horrible, do not recommend! And company did not ever care, and the nurse never had experience changing folly’s and still got sent to change it.
