I stopped here to drop off a grocery order for a resident and an employee named Nadia was really unprofessional and rude when we made contact.
They are horrible. They don't care about the residents or there families at all. Management does nothing and never returns phone calls to keep people updated on situations.
My grandma was here for MONTHS and she seemed to be neglected by the employees. she did not seem like she was taken care of well at ALL. We were always there everyday checking on her and it was always something going on. She had sores all over her body, wasn’t bathed and just poorly treated. I feel like this place just wanted my money for no good reason.
