I noticed my review is no longer on here so I wanted to do it again. About a year ago and a bit ago my grandfather was transferred to Good Samaritan after being in the hospital. After arriving and being there a few days, I seen a pattern I would like to share. This pattern is that he was not cared for, he was found by my siblings in soiled (urine) clothing.
