The never answer phone, never have enough staff, lack of services.
After Good Samaritan confirmed bed availability & the insurance for my mom she was denied admission. They stated they can’t assist my mom with her needs. Even though their business manager & website confirms that they are equipped to help with long term memory care. Very disappointing to see how admissions never bothered to return any of my calls.
