After Good Samaritan confirmed bed availability & the insurance for my mom she was denied admission. They stated they can’t assist my mom with her needs. Even though their business manager & website confirms that they are equipped to help with long term memory care. Very disappointing to see how admissions never bothered to return any of my calls. Very nice staff
Espectacular.
The never answer phone, never have enough staff, lack of services.
Unable to contact staff after hours. My wife called with a problem with her call button, and I called several numbers with no answer. Otherwise, they are a great facility with a staff that cares about their clients.
